RETURN AND SHIPPING
POLICIES
Return Policy
Only Stock Colors (white and steel gray) may be returned. Items must be
returned in original packaging and it is the customer’s responsibility for
return shipping charges. All stock returns are assessed at a 20% restocking
charge. Products in standard, optional and metallic finishes are custom-made and
are not returnable.
Shipping
We ship our products throughout the 48 contiguous states at a charge of $40
per unit. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, please call 1-800-966-0587
for a quote. Items are either shipped by Ground UPS or by Common Carrier. Stock
white is usually shipped within a week and all other colors within 2-3 weeks. |
